With Jeff's 30+ years of solving business/real estate problems, he has developed a wide variety of skill sets to utilize. He will assess your situation once you've met and explained it, then he will give you a list of options as he sees it. So you need to set a time to talk, get his initial assessment, then decide if you want to move forward. You don't commit to engage him until you've been through this first assessment phase.
Customer Question #2--How long will it take?
This initial assessment phase will usually be a week or two, depending upon the project and Jeff's familiarity with it. Once he hears the situation, he can typically give an estimate on how much time he needs to research and assess your specific matters. Once he has a picture of it's breadth, he can expand on what would need done and the estimated length of time. These are completely customized to your situation.
Customer Question #3--How much will it cost?
Like the prior question, this one will not be known until Jeff has heard your specific situation and has done his initial assessment. He usually offers a few options for time frame and compensation. Some like him to focus on their specific situation and expedite actions so problems can get solved quicker. Some want to employ him rather than contract his services. Therefore, he is flexible with pricing on this services as well as timeline so you can work it in your budget.
